What is ONECRE.app?
ONECRE.app is a developing education and collaboration platform for commercial real estate professionals. Its planned member experience brings together structured learning, practical resources, Community and events. The public Research Library is available now.
Is ONECRE.app the same as Realty ONE Group Commercial?
No — the two are related but separate. Realty ONE Group Commercial is the commercial department of Realty ONE Group International. ONECRE.app is the education and member platform created by Commercial Collective, an independent company owned by Adrian Provost, and built for Realty ONE Group Commercial members. Members informally call the platform ONE Commercial or the ONE Commercial Network.
How do I register for membership?
Use the “Register for Membership” button, which opens the Realty ONE Group Commercial membership registration page. Access to the private member platform is granted separately once membership is approved.
Who is the platform being built for?
The platform is being developed for Realty ONE Group Commercial professionals, with learning designed to span commercial foundations through advanced analysis. Member eligibility and enrollment details will be confirmed before access opens.
What can I use today?
You can explore the public website and Commercial Research Library. Community, member profiles, events and meeting access are available to approved members. Private learning and resource downloads are available to approved members too.
What will members be able to learn?
The planned curriculum covers commercial real estate foundations, applied analysis, institutional underwriting, capital markets, net lease and sale-leasebacks, and advanced mastery. Lessons and practical materials are not yet open for enrollment.
Will there be a community, events and live meetings?
Yes. Member discussions, announcements, a consent-protected Members directory, a calendar and private links to scheduled Google Meet sessions are available to approved members.
How can I connect with Realty ONE Group Commercial?
Use the “Connect” link to visit the department’s official inquiry section. Department inquiries are separate from enrollment in this platform.
Does completing the education provide a real estate license or outside professional designation?
No. The planned education does not replace licensing requirements or confer an outside professional designation. Any future completion recognition will describe its educational scope and requirements.
